Natcher Bridge

After many years of planning and lobbying, the William H. Natcher Bridge opened to traffic in October of 2002. It is located just east of Owensboro and connects to Indiana one mile east of Rockport, IN.

The bridge is important because it and the nearly five miles of new highway and approaches on the Kentucky side provide a new link north to southern Indiana and Interstate 64.
